Ninja Mouse Game

Ninja Mouse casts you as a stealthy rodent breaking into one house after another with a single goal: find the cheese. Each level is a cluttered room stuffed with cabinets, drawers, closets, couches and safe boxes, and you have to search them all while staying out of sight of the cats on patrol.

Getting caught isn't always fatal, though. If a cat's gaze catches you off guard, you can jump on its head to knock it out before it turns the tables. Between the platforming, the hiding, and the timing of a cat's patrol route, a level is as much a puzzle as it is a jump-and-run.

Controls

• A/D or Left/Right arrow keys — move
• W or Up arrow — jump
• E — interact (open drawers, cabinets and furniture)

Tips

• Watch a cat's gaze before you move — it telegraphs which way it's about to look, so time your dash for when its back is turned.
• A pounce on the head disables a cat rather than killing it, so use it to clear a path rather than trying to avoid every cat entirely.
• Collect the stars scattered through each level as you go; they add up toward a bonus level later on.
• Stuck on a level? There's a skip option rather than being walled off — use it and come back later if a room isn't clicking.
