About Tiles Master

Tiles Master is a tile-matching puzzle built around a single, tight constraint: a holding tray with a limited number of slots. Tiles sit stacked in layered piles, but you can only tap the ones on top, and every tile you pick up has to go somewhere. Match three identical tiles and they clear from the tray; let the tray fill up before that happens and the run is over.

The tension comes from planning ahead rather than reacting fast. Early picks are easy, but as more of the pile becomes reachable the tray fills with mismatched pieces, and a rescue often means digging out one specific tile buried under others. Power-ups are available to bail out a tray that's about to overflow, so a session is really a string of small decisions about which tile to risk grabbing next.

Controls

Mouse click (or tap on touchscreens) to select a tile. There's no dragging or keyboard input — the whole game runs on a single click.

Tips

  • Don't grab a tile just because it's available — check whether it gives you a matching pair already in the tray before picking it up.
  • Save power-ups for when the tray is nearly full rather than using them early to clear space you don't need yet.
  • Watch which tiles are about to become uncovered in the pile below, not just what's on top right now.

It suits short sessions where you want a puzzle that rewards patience over reflexes, and it runs straight in the browser on desktop or mobile with nothing to install.

Tiles Master FAQ

How do you play Tiles Master?
Click a tile from the top of a pile to move it to your holding tray. Match three identical tiles in the tray and they clear; if the tray fills up completely, the run ends.
What do the power-ups do?
Power-ups can rescue a tray that's about to overflow, such as by clearing a slot or removing a matching set early. They're limited, so it helps to save them for when you're close to filling the tray.
Can I play Tiles Master on mobile?
Yes. It works on both desktop and touchscreen devices — tap a tile instead of clicking.
Is there a keyboard control scheme?
No. The entire game is played with a single click or tap on tiles; there are no keyboard controls.
