Squid Battle Simulator turns the Squid Game universe into a small tactics game. Before each fight you build a lineup from a roster of units - regular players, workers, soldiers, managers, and the unlockable Young Hee doll - spending from a limited budget that caps how many warriors you can field on a given level. Once you hit Start Battle, combat plays out automatically based on the units and positions you chose.
The tactics come entirely from setup, not reflexes: you can see the opposing lineup before committing, so reading what you're up against and countering it with the right mix of units matters more than any in-battle input. Each unit has its own cost and ability, so the budget forces real trade-offs rather than just fielding your strongest pick every time. Ten levels ramp up the difficulty and the size of the decisions you have to make.
Controls
- Mouse only - click the unit menu to select warriors, place them on the field, then click Start Battle to let the fight resolve automatically.
Tips
- Check the opponent's visible lineup before you spend your budget - countering their unit mix beats fielding the same team every level.
- Don't spend your whole budget on one expensive unit; a spread of cheaper units often covers more of the field.
- Save unlocks like Young Hee for levels where a single high-impact unit can swing a fight your basic roster can't.
It suits players who like short planning-then-watch battles over anything reflex-based - a level is a couple of minutes of setup followed by a quick automated fight.
