About Slopey

Slopey drops you onto a rolling ball at the top of a neon downhill track and simply lets go. The ball picks up speed on its own — your only job is nudging it left or right so it doesn't run off the edge of the path or clip one of the red blocks in its way. It's the same core idea as Slope, distilled down to one lane, one ball, and one steadily climbing rate of speed.

Runs are short by design. Each track is randomly generated, so there's no layout to memorize — every run is fresh reflex testing rather than pattern recall. Gems scattered along the way unlock cosmetic skins for the ball, but they don't change how the game plays; the real goal is just seeing how far you get before a wrong lean sends you off the slope.

Controls

Steer with the Left Arrow and Right Arrow keys. That's the whole input — there's no jump, brake, or boost.

Tips

  • Small taps beat holding a key down. Overcorrecting at high speed is the most common way to slide off the edge.
  • Keep the ball near the center of the track rather than hugging one side — it gives you room to react in either direction.
  • Look a few beats ahead of the ball instead of watching it directly; by the time an obstacle is under you, it's already too late to react.

It's a quick pick-up-and-play pick for short breaks — no story, no long tutorial, just an immediate reflex challenge that resets the moment you fall.
