About Rotate

Rotate drops you into a boxy little labyrinth where the exit door never moves — but the floor, walls and ceiling do. Instead of steering around hazards, you turn the entire level on its axis, and whatever spikes were pinned to the wall a second ago can suddenly become the new floor.

Each of the 16 levels is a short, deliberate puzzle: work out which combination of 90-degree turns gets your character walking, not falling, toward the doorway. It's slower and more thoughtful than most platformers — you'll spend more time reading a room than sprinting through it, and a bad rotation just resets the level rather than ending the run.

Controls

  • Arrow keys or WASD — move
  • Q / E — rotate the level counterclockwise / clockwise
  • Spacebar — jump

Tips

  • Rotate before you commit to a direction — walking first often sends you straight into spikes that a turn would have cleared out of the way.
  • Think in all four gravity directions, not just two. Solutions often route through an upside-down or sideways orientation rather than the "right side up" one you start in.

It runs straight in the browser with nothing to install, and suits anyone who enjoys puzzle platformers built around patience and spatial reasoning rather than fast reflexes.
