MadZOOng is a timed tile-matching puzzle from developer Adgard: a grid of crates is stamped with animal icons, and clearing the board means finding two matching icons and drawing a clean path to connect them before the clock runs out. Every match clears a pair of crates and adds to your score, and later levels pack the grid tighter and leave fewer safe connections to find.
There's no combo system or power-ups to lean on — just a countdown timer and a board that gets less forgiving the further you get. A round is short, but scanning for the one connectable pair under time pressure is where the tension comes from.
Controls
Mouse only. Click a tile to select it, then click a matching tile to connect and clear both. On phone or tablet, tap in place of clicking.
Tips
- Look for pairs with a clear path between them first — a match only clears if the connecting line isn't blocked by crates.
- Clear matches near the edges early; they open up connection lines for pairs buried in the middle of the grid.
- If nothing obvious matches, scan corners first — blocked crates pile up there fastest as the board fills in.
Good for a quick round between longer games — the timer keeps each session short and focused.
