Lost Yeti is a sliding-block puzzle from Italian studio Neutronized. Every level drops a stranded yeti into a frozen scene full of ice blocks, gaps and wandering enemies, and the only way to help it home is to slide those blocks around until they form a clear path. There's no timer pushing you along — the game is happy to let you stare at a stubborn layout until the route clicks.
The complication is that the blocks aren't just terrain. Icy critters like lizards, living rocks and moles patrol the same tiles, and a wrong slide can trap the yeti next to one instead of past it. Treats are scattered around each level too, and picking them up along the way is what separates a level you finished from one you solved well. Across three worlds and 60 levels, the puzzles layer in new block types and hazards gradually, so the early Snowy Hills stages are a fair on-ramp before things get genuinely fiddly.
Controls
Click and drag a block with the mouse to slide it, or swipe it on a touchscreen. There's no keyboard control — everything is done by moving blocks directly.
Tips
- Look at where the yeti needs to end up before moving anything — sliding a block early can block a path you need two moves later.
- Blocks next to enemies are often bait; check whether moving one lets a lizard or rock reach a tile you need to cross.
- Treats are optional for finishing a level, but worth detouring for if a safe path exists.
Good for a slower, think-it-through session rather than a quick reflex break — it rewards patience over speed.
