About Jump Only

Jump Only strips a platformer down to one move. There's no run button, no double jump, no wall-cling — just a small character bouncing forward through 49 short stages, and your only choice each beat is which direction to push off in. Spikes, saw blades and gaps punish hesitation as much as a bad jump, so the game rewards quick, confident reads more than precision timing.

The pace is quick by design: stages are short, deaths reset you instantly, and the visual theme shifts every few levels so the run never looks the same for long. It's built for the kind of session where you fail a jump, laugh, and immediately try again rather than one long sitting.

Controls

  • Jump left — A, Left Arrow, or Left Mouse Button
  • Jump right — D, Right Arrow, or Right Mouse Button

Tips

  • Every obstacle can be cleared with just left/right taps — if a jump feels impossible, the timing is off, not the route.
  • Short, deliberate taps land more consistently than holding a direction down.
  • Watch the saw blades' rotation before you commit — their reach is bigger than it looks.

Good for quick breaks: a few minutes of one-button platforming rather than a long run.
