Free Kick Shooter strips soccer down to its most tense and rewarding moment: the set piece. You stand over the ball, eyeing a wall of defenders and a goalkeeper determined to shut you down. As you advance, the scenarios become more complex with tighter angles, smarter goalies, and defensive walls that force you to get creative with your shots.
The satisfaction comes from mastering the ball physics. A straight shot with sheer power might work early on, but you will soon need to rely on precision and swerve to bend the ball exactly where the keeper cannot reach. It is a game of trial and error where every missed attempt teaches you exactly how much spin and power you need for the next one.
Controls
- Aim: Drag your cursor or finger to point your shot.
- Power: Use the on-screen meter to adjust shot strength.
- Curve: Apply spin before releasing to bend the ball mid-air.
- Shoot: Release your click or touch to strike.
Tips
- Power is not everything. Sometimes a gently curving shot over the wall is much harder for the goalkeeper to reach than a fast, straight strike.
- Pay attention to the goalie's positioning. If they are favoring one side, try bending it into the opposite top corner.
- Take note of the defender heights in the wall; aim your swerve to dip just over the shortest player.
