Fortz is a competitive two-player artillery game where you and a friend share a keyboard and battle to destroy each 's bases. Built around physics and base-building mechanics, the game drops both players onto opposite sides of a 2D battlefield equipped with forts, turrets, and characters that you must actively control.

Instead of just blindly firing at the enemy side, you need to manage your own base. Players can jump out of their turrets to collect ammunition, call in airstrikes, or build new blocks to reinforce their fort walls. The key to winning is finding the right balance between fortifying your defenses and timing a destructive barrage on your opponent's position to secure a direct hit.

Tips

• Don't just shoot: Sometimes the best strategy is abandoning your main gun to gather ammo crates that drop across the level.
• Rebuild quickly: Use blocks to repair the damage to your fort, otherwise one lucky shot from the enemy will end the round.
• Watch for drops: Special weapons and upgrades occasionally drop in. Grab them before your opponent does.
