About Alchemy

Alchemy is a drag-and-combine puzzle where two elements make a third. Start with the basics — earth, water, fire, air — and drag one onto another to see what forms. Some pairings are obvious, others take a few wrong guesses, and each new discovery unlocks fresh combinations to try next.

There's no timer and no fail state, so a session is just you, the board, and a growing list of things you haven't made yet. The logic leans on old European alchemy folklore, stretched with a bit of magic, so expect a mix of grounded chemistry-style combos and fantastical ones like conjuring a phoenix.

Controls

Mouse or touch only. Click or tap an element to pull it onto the board, then drag it onto a second element to combine them.

Tips

  • Open the recipe book to review every combination you've already discovered, so you're not retrying pairs from memory.
  • Use the catalog to search your unlocked elements instead of scrolling to find one.
  • Stuck on a combo? The hint button will point you toward a valid pairing.
  • Check back daily — there's a separate reward element on offer each day.

Good for short, low-pressure sessions where you just want to poke at combinations without any pressure to finish.
