Fast Typer strips typing practice down to one number: how many words can you land in sixty seconds? Words appear one at a time on screen, you type them out on your keyboard, and each correct word clears instantly and starts the next. The catch is the streak — get a word wrong and your chain of correct hits resets, so speed only pays off if your fingers keep up with your accuracy.
There's no story or level select here, just a clock and a running total. Each run ends with "Time's up!" and a final word count, with your best result saved locally so every new run is really a race against your own high score.
Controls
Type the letters of the word currently on screen using your keyboard. On phone or tablet, tap to bring up the on-screen keyboard first.
Tips
- Don't rush the first letter — a mistyped opening character usually costs more time than typing carefully would have.
- Keep your eyes on the upcoming word while your hands finish the current one; reading ahead is where real speed comes from.
- Short runs add up fast — a few one-minute rounds in a row will improve your score more than one tense attempt.
Good pick if you want a quick, no-download way to warm up your typing speed between tasks.
