Fantasy Sandbox Game

Fantasy Sandbox is a 2D mining, crafting and building game set in a procedurally generated world. There's no fixed level to clear here — you dig into the ground for resources, craft the tools and gear those resources unlock, and use everything you gather to build anything from a small shelter to a sprawling fortress.

The world has a foreground and a background layer, and you can switch between them to build in front of or behind the terrain, giving your structures more depth than a single flat plane. Since each world is generated fresh, no two runs look the same, and there's always more ground worth digging into.

Playing With Others

Fantasy Sandbox supports multiplayer through a room system: host a server and share its ID with friends, or browse the room list to join someone else's world. Hosts can keep a server public or private, and choose whether visiting friends are allowed to edit the world or just explore it. Before jumping in, you can also customize your character's head, body, arms and legs from a handful of preset styles.

It suits players who like open-ended building and resource-gathering games and want to dig, craft and build at their own pace, solo or with a small group of friends in the same world.
