CircloO 2 is a physics puzzle game by Dutch developer Florian van Strien, the creator of the original CircloO. Instead of running across flat ground, you roll a small ball around the inside wall of a circle, and gravity always pulls you toward whichever part of that circle is currently "down" beneath you.
Each of the 24 levels starts small and grows as you collect rings scattered around the inside of the loop. The circle expands every time you grab one, which shifts the terrain, opens new paths, and changes where gravity is pulling you next. Getting anywhere depends on momentum more than raw button-mashing — build up speed on the way into a curve and you carry it through; overcorrect and you stall out or roll the wrong way. The goal each level is simply to reach the exit, and the game keeps your best completion time so a level you've already cleared is worth another lap.
Controls
Move with A / D or the left and right arrow keys (W / S and the up/down arrows are also mapped). There's no separate jump button — steering is all about how much speed you carry into a turn.
Tips
- Let momentum do the work. Small, early nudges around a curve keep the ball rolling smoothly; holding a direction too long tends to send you flying off the inside wall.
- Watch where the circle grows after you grab a ring — the layout ahead isn't fixed, so the safest line before a pickup can change the instant you take it.
- If a level trips you up, replay it rather than pushing forward. CircloO 2 tracks your own best time per level, so a clean second run is worth as much as reaching the next one cold.
It's a good fit for anyone who likes short, precision-focused puzzle-platforming — sessions are quick, but shaving a clean line out of a tricky curve takes a few tries to get right.
