Ball vs Block is an arcade shooter built around one mechanic: aim, fire a ball into a walled arena, and watch it ricochet off walls and blocks until it runs out of momentum. Line the bounce up right and one shot clears a whole row; misjudge the angle and it just bounces harmlessly out of the way.
Levels are short and reset fast, so most of a session is trial and error on angles rather than long runs. Every so often a Zodiac boss shows up at the end of a stretch of levels, and clearing it takes more precise shots than the regular stages leading up to it.
Controls
Click or tap to shoot — that's the entire control scheme, on both desktop and mobile.
Tips
- Watch the walls, not just the blocks — a shot that looks off-target can still clear a cluster after two or three bounces.
- Don't fire on reflex when only a handful of blocks are left. Those levels usually need one specific angle rather than a fast shot.
- Slow down on Zodiac boss stages — they punish sloppy aim more than the regular levels do.
It's a quick, one-mechanic game that suits short breaks more than long sessions — nothing to install, playable with a mouse or a thumb.
