Apple Knight: Farmers Market swaps the series' usual dungeon-crawling for running a market stall. You start with a single apple tree, and the loop is simple at first: pick the fruit, carry it to your stand, and sell it to customers who wander in. Every sale buys upgrades, and every upgrade opens up something new to grow or raise.
Once the apples are selling steadily, the market grows into a small farm operation. Corn and eggs join the produce list, animals need feeding to keep producing, and hired workers start picking up the tasks you no longer have time to do yourself. A horse lets you sprint between stalls and fields instead of walking, which matters once the market has spread out and there's more ground to cover each round.
Controls
Move with WASD or the arrow keys. Mouse clicks handle picking produce, restocking stalls and serving customers.
Tips
- Reinvest early sales into a second crop rather than more apple trees — variety sells faster than a stall full of one item.
- Animals stop producing if they go unfed, so check on them between customer rushes.
- Hire your first worker as soon as you can afford one; freeing yourself from restocking is worth more than another upgrade.
- Save the horse for busy stretches where you're running back and forth across the whole market.
It's a low-pressure idle sim that suits short sessions — check in, expand a little, and let production tick along until the next visit.
