Yahtzee Yatzy Yams is a straightforward digital version of the classic dice game: roll five dice, keep the ones you want, and reroll the rest up to two more times before locking in a score. Each turn ends with you slotting that roll into one of thirteen categories on your scorecard, and once a category is used it's gone for the rest of the game.
The whole game is thirteen turns long, so every choice matters — a great roll wasted on a low-value category is points you can't get back. Play runs entirely in the browser on desktop or mobile, and it's built for the same session length whether you're filling one scorecard or a few in a row.
Controls
Everything is click or tap: click a die to hold it between rerolls, click the roll button to throw the rest, and click a category on the scorecard to lock in that roll's score.
Tips
- The upper section (Ones through Sixes) pays a bonus if you total 63 or more across those six categories — chase that early rather than letting it slip.
- Don't rush to use your Yahtzee (five of a kind) category on a mediocre roll; it's worth 50 points and the hardest one to land on purpose.
- Save the Chance category for a genuinely bad roll — it takes any combination, so it's your safety valve, not a first resort.
Good fit for anyone who likes short, replayable dice games with a bit of probability strategy underneath.
