About World of Yarn

World of Yarn is a cozy 3D puzzle game where every object — food, toys, everyday clutter — is knitted out of yarn. Each level hands you a tangled, layered model that you peel apart piece by piece, tapping yarn segments that match a basket's color to clear them away and reveal what's underneath.

Nothing here is timed or punishing. You rotate each model to check it from every side, hunt for the pieces still hiding in the folds, and work through colors in whatever order gets you unstuck. It's the kind of game suited to sorting things out slowly while your brain switches off from everything else.

Controls

  • Tap or click a yarn piece to pull and dissolve it into the matching basket
  • Drag to rotate the model and check the sides you can't see

Tips

  • Rotate before you start pulling — pieces are often hidden on the back or underside of a model
  • If a color's basket looks close to full, clear it before piling on more of the same color

It runs straight in the browser with no install, and the tap/drag controls work the same on touchscreens as with a mouse.
