Every turn is a careful balance of deciding where to reinforce your borders and where to push forward. Battles are resolved through virtual dice rolls, so while tactical planning is essential, there is always a layer of unpredictability when your troops clash with the enemy.

The core loop involves drafting new units, launching attacks on adjacent regions, and finally fortifying your lines before passing the turn. Grabbing entire continents grants you a steady stream of extra reinforcements, making them highly contested from the very first round. Whether you are playing a quick skirmish or a long, drawn-out global war, success requires knowing when to strike and when to dig in.

Tips

• Target small continents first: Securing Australia or South America early gives you a reliable troop bonus without requiring massive armies to defend.
• Do not spread too thin: Leaving a trail of territories with only one unit makes them easy targets. Keep your front lines strong.
• Save your cards: The troop bonus for trading in territory cards often increases as the game progresses. Hold onto them until you need a major offensive push.
