About Supernova

Supernova is a fast-paced 3D tunnel runner that puts you at the helm of a speeding spaceship flying through a vibrant, procedurally generated neon tunnel. Developed by indie developer Kasper Mol, this game challenges your reflexes and spatial awareness as you navigate a shifting obstacle course of walls, barriers, and geometric hazards that spin and warp in real time.

Unlike simple endless runners, Supernova features a level-based progression system where players fill a progress bar to transition between increasingly complex levels. As you advance, the game's speed accelerates significantly, demanding split-second inputs to survive. Players can also track their stats, attempt to beat their personal best speed and streak records, and unlock unique spaceship models as they progress.

Controls

You can guide your spaceship using either the keyboard or touch controls on mobile devices.

  • Arrow Keys / WASD: Move the ship left, right, up, and down to dodge incoming obstacles.
  • Spacebar: Pause or resume the game.

Tips for Success

  • Focus on the horizon: Keep your eyes looking down the center of the tunnel rather than directly at your ship. Spotting incoming barriers early gives you the maximum time to react.
  • Minimize movement: Avoid making large, erratic sweeps across the tunnel. Tiny, precise adjustments are much safer and prevent you from crashing into obstacles on the opposite side.
  • Check your resolution: If you experience input lag or stuttering at high speeds, visit the settings menu and lower the resolution to ensure smooth performance.
