Sprint League starts you off jogging on a basic treadmill and lets you work your way up to faster machines and tougher race courses. Points earned from training convert into coins, which buy new shoes, skins and upgrades that make your runner genuinely quicker — so the treadmill grind and the actual races feed into each instead of being separate modes bolted together.
The core loop keeps growing: a Red Light, Green Light mode borrows the freeze-or-be-caught tension of the Squid Game minigame, a Backrooms mode turns it into hide-and-seek in a maze of liminal yellow hallways, Tung Tung Tag has you dodging a chaser while grabbing coins, and Brainrot Tsunami has you sprinting to collect Brainrots while a wave chases you down. Same base movement, different pressure each time.
Controls
Move with WASD or the arrow keys on desktop, or the on-screen joystick on mobile and tablet.
Game Modes
- Sprint races — the core loop: train on the treadmill, upgrade, race for coins.
- Red Light, Green Light — freeze when the light turns red or you're out.
- Backrooms — hide-and-seek through endless liminal hallways.
- Tung Tung Tag — outrun the chaser while collecting coins.
- Brainrot Tsunami — collect Brainrots while escaping a rising tsunami.
Sprint League is made by OnRush Studio, also behind io games like Venge.io and Tribals.io. It suits players who like short, replayable running challenges with a steady stream of new modes to jump into, rather than one long race with no variety.
