About Paint Strike

Paint Strike is a 3D arena shooter built around color, not kill counts: the goal is to cover as much of the map as you can in your paint while splattering anyone who tries to take it back. Made by Mosu Games and first released in 2022, it swaps bullets for paint canisters and turns territory control into the whole game.

Each match plays out on one of three arenas, with paint spreading across floors, walls and ramps as you fire. A hit on a rival doesn't just mark them — it knocks them out of the round for a few seconds, giving you a window to keep painting before they're back. Coverage and eliminations earn coins, which unlock stronger guns plus cosmetic hats and shoes for your character.

Controls

  • WASD — move
  • Mouse — aim
  • Left click — fire

Tips

  • Paint floors and walls you pass even when no one's around — coverage counts toward the score as much as eliminations do.
  • Save coins for the shotgun or submachine gun once you can afford them; the starting paint rifle is reliable but slow to spread color across a big arena.
  • Fresh enemy-colored paint nearby usually means a rival just passed through — worth chasing down before they repaint the area back.

It runs straight in the browser, no install or plugin needed, and a match is short enough for a quick round between things.
