Numbers is a browser puzzle game built around a single, sharp idea: clear a grid of digits by pairing them off. Two tiles match if they show the same number, or if the two numbers add up to ten.
A session is quiet, focused scanning rather than fast reflexes. You look over the board for a valid pair, tap the two tiles, and watch them clear. Emptying a row opens up new matches that were boxed in before, and pairs can even connect from the end of one row to the start of the next when the numbers line up, so a board that looks stuck often has one more move hiding in it.
Controls
Desktop: click one tile, then click a second matching tile to clear the pair.
Mobile and tablet: tap the two tiles the same way with your finger.
Tips
- Check for numbers that sum to ten, not just identical digits — both count as a match.
- Clear a full row before hunting elsewhere; it usually frees up several new pairs at once.
- If nothing obvious matches, look for wraparound pairs between the end of one row and the start of the next.
It's a good fit for short, low-pressure puzzle sessions where you want something to think through rather than react to.
