Neon War drops you behind a glowing cannon that never stops firing on its own. Numbered blocks drift down from the top of the screen, and each number tells you exactly how many hits that block needs to go down — your only job is sliding the cannon left and right to keep its shots landing where they're needed.
The pace builds as more blocks stack up and the numbers climb, so a session turns into constant repositioning: covering the block about to reach the bottom without abandoning the ones still queued up behind it. Points and upgrades earned along the way let you push the cannon's damage, fire rate and health further, which is what makes the later waves survivable.
Controls
Hold the left mouse button and slide it left or right to move the cannon. The cannon fires automatically, so there's no separate shoot button — positioning is the whole game.
Tips
- Prioritize whichever block is closest to the bottom of the screen, even if a higher block has a bigger number.
- Spend upgrade points on fire rate early — more shots per second clears low-number blocks fast enough to free you up for the dangerous ones.
- Don't camp under one column; blocks spawn across the full width, so drifting stays part of every wave.
It's a quick pick-up-and-play arcade game that suits short sessions rather than a long sit-down — runs right in the browser, nothing to install.
