Monster Tracks is a physics-based driving game that challenges you to navigate a powerful monster truck across highly unstable, obstacle-ridden tracks. Developed by Martin Magni, the game tests your ability to control momentum and balance as you steer over bridges, ramps, and steep drops. One wrong move or sudden acceleration can easily flip your truck, ending your run instantly.
Every level presents a unique trial where timing and gentle inputs are key. Instead of focusing purely on speed, you must carefully read the terrain ahead and adjust your speed to keep your wheels firmly on the ground. The simple visual style and realistic physics make each attempt a satisfying puzzle of control and patience.
Controls
You can control your monster truck using either a keyboard or touch inputs:
- Steer Forward / Accelerate: Press the Right Arrow or D key.
- Steer Backward / Brake: Press the Left Arrow or A key.
- Touch Controls: Tap and hold the right side of the screen to drive forward, or the left side to reverse.
Tips
- Avoid holding down the acceleration key constantly. Tap it gently to crawl over steep mounds and maintain better control over your truck's tilt.
- When airborne, use brief counter-steering taps to level out your truck before landing. Landing flat on all wheels prevents you from bouncing or flipping.
- Pay close attention to bridges and moving blocks. Wait for them to settle before attempting to drive across, as sudden shifts can ruin your balance.
