You steer around the arena picking your moments, closing distance on weaker machines while staying clear of the traps scattered around the floor. Coins from beaten bots and collected pickups feed into upgrades that make your own machine hit harder and last longer, so early runs are as much about scraping together currency as they are about winning fights outright.

The pace rewards patience over button-mashing. Rushing into a crowded pocket of the arena usually ends with a trap or a stronger bot catching you from the side, while circling the edges and picking off isolated enemies keeps your machine intact long enough to bank enough coins for the next upgrade tier.
