Just Park It 12 puts you behind the wheel of a massive 18-wheeler truck, challenging you to navigate busy city streets and squeeze into impossibly tight parking spots. Unlike arcade racing games where speed is everything, this simulator demands absolute precision, patience, and a solid understanding of how a truck and trailer articulate together when turning and reversing.

Your objective in each level is to thread your rig through traffic and park perfectly within the marked zones without causing any damage. With a health meter that penalizes every scrape against a wall or collision with a parked car, you have to monitor both the front cab and the swing of your long trailer. As the stages progress, the parking situations become increasingly complex, requiring multi-point turns and careful mirror management.

Controls

• Arrow Keys / WASD: Steer, accelerate, and reverse the truck.
• Spacebar: Apply the brakes.

Tips

• When reversing with a trailer, remember that the trailer will pivot in the opposite direction of your steering input. Turn the wheel left to make the trailer swing right.
• Take it extremely slow. There is no time limit, so inching forward or backward to correct your angle is always better than rushing and taking damage.
• Watch the front corners of your cab when swinging the trailer around tight corners, as it's easy to scrape the front bumper on a wall while focusing on the back.
