Idle Success starts you off broke and unemployed, and the entire game is about clicking your way out of it. You click the workout icon to get fit, the study icon to get smarter, and your job icon to earn money, and each of those bars fills up a little more with every click.
What keeps it interesting is that none of those stats work alone: your money, fitness and education all feed into which jobs and career promotions actually open up next, and the same money also goes toward friendships and, eventually, building your own house. It's less about mastering a skill and more about steadily rebalancing where your clicks go as new goals become worth chasing.
Controls
- Click (or tap) an activity icon — working out, studying, working, or hanging out with friends — to perform that action.
- Click repeatedly on the same icon to speed up progress in that stat.
Tips
- Split your clicks across whichever stat you're behind on rather than maxing one first — money, fitness and education all gate which jobs and upgrades open up.
- Check back in and keep clicking regularly early on, since it's your own clicks, not idle time, that drive most of the early progress.
It's a good fit if you like the steady numbers-going-up rhythm of idle games, played in short bursts rather than one long sitting.
