Getaway Shootout Game

In Getaway Shootout, you are racing against players or AI to reach the extraction helicopter at the end of the level. But instead of standard platforming controls, movement relies on a chaotic, physics-based leaping system. You can only tilt your character left or right to bounce and flop forward, making every jump wildly unpredictable.

The race gets even messier with weapons and power-ups scattered across the map. You can blast opponents with bazookas and sniper rifles, or use the weapon recoil to launch yourself across the stage. The clunky movement combined with explosives makes for a hilarious local multiplayer experience where skill is just as important as luck.

Player 1:

• W: Jump Left
• E: Jump Right

Player 2:

• I: Jump Left
• O: Jump Right
• P: Use Weapon / Power-up

Tips for Winning

• Use recoil to your advantage: Heavy weapons push you backwards. Fire in the opposite direction of the helicopter to get a massive speed boost over difficult gaps.
• Wait at the extraction point: The final leap into the helicopter is the hardest part. Let your opponent attempt the jump first—if they miss, you can carefully bounce in while they respawn.
