About Dunkers 2

Dunkers 2 is a 1v1 basketball game built around a custom character you design yourself, called a Baller. Instead of picking a licensed team, you build your own player, dress them up, and take them into short head-to-head matches where the only things that matter are timing and nerve.

Each match comes down to two skills: stealing the ball with a well-timed swipe and sinking shots by watching a power meter. Win a match and you earn currency to unlock new outfits and Ballers, then climb a ranking ladder based on how much you've earned overall. A separate Super Shootout mode strips away the opponent entirely and turns it into a pure shooting gauntlet that gets harder with every basket.

Controls

On keyboard, A and D move and jump. Hold Spacebar to start your shot and release it when the marker lines up with the highlighted zone on the power bar — let go too early or too late and the shot misses. On phone or tablet, the same actions are mapped to on-screen touch controls.

Tips

  • Watch the power bar, not the ball — the release timing on your Spacebar shot matters more than your position on the court.
  • Go for steals when your opponent is mid-dribble rather than mid-jump; the timing window is far more forgiving.
  • Spend early match winnings on a new Baller before outfits — a better base character pays off longer than cosmetics.
  • Use Super Shootout to practice your release timing without the pressure of an opponent stealing the ball back.

It suits short, competitive sessions — a couple of quick 1v1 matches rather than a long sit-down game.

Dunkers 2 FAQ

How do I shoot in Dunkers 2?
Hold Spacebar to start the shot meter, then release it when the marker hits the highlighted zone on the power bar. Releasing too early or too late misses the shot.
Does Dunkers 2 work on mobile?
Yes, it runs on phone and tablet with on-screen touch controls mapped to the same moves as the A/D-and-Spacebar keyboard scheme.
What is Super Shootout mode?
A one-sided shooting challenge with no opposing player — you just take shots back to back, and it gets progressively harder the longer you keep hitting baskets.
What do I earn from winning matches?
In-game currency, which unlocks new Ballers and outfits and counts toward your overall ranking on the leaderboard.
