Driftwave Game

Driftwave is a stylized, minimalist driving arcade game that challenges you to guide a sleek car across winding, narrow tracks suspended high in the air. Instead of traditional button layouts, the game uses a dynamic, mouse-guided steering mechanic where your car follows the movements of your cursor. By steering with precision, you can initiate high-speed drifts to slide around tight bends and navigate dangerous corners without falling off the edge.

Every course presents a combination of tight turns, speed boosts, ramps, and hazardous obstacles like traffic cones and walls. Along the way, you can gather scattered parcel packages and coins, which are crucial for unlocking new, faster car models in the shop. With its clean 3D graphics, relaxing ambient soundtrack, and momentum-driven physics, every run feels like a satisfying balance of speed and control.

Controls

• Mouse / Touchpad: Move your cursor left and right relative to the car to steer and guide its trajectory. The car automatically accelerates forward.
• Touch Screen (Mobile): Drag your finger on the screen to draw the path and direct the car's drifts.

Tips

• Drift Early: Start steering into a corner slightly before you reach it. Because the car carries a lot of momentum, starting the drift early helps you slide perfectly around the bend rather than flying off.
• Collect Every Parcel: Keep an eye out for floating parcels on the track. Gathering these boosts your level completion score and helps you unlock new vehicles much faster.
• Control Your Speed: Speed pads will launch you forward, but they can make steering incredibly difficult. Prepare your path in advance before driving over any acceleration pad.
