Cherry on the Cake is a physics-based launching puzzle: each level hands you a lopsided, half-finished dessert and a decoration to fling on top of it, and it's up to you to land the piece exactly where it belongs. Pull back to aim, judge the arc, and let go — cherries, sprinkles and toppings soar through the air before dropping (or bouncing) into place.
The challenge builds gradually. Early cakes just need a cherry balanced on top, but later levels stack obstacles, tricky ledges and awkward angles between you and the target, so a shot that would have worked two levels ago suddenly needs more spin or a softer touch. Ingredients you unlock along the way swap in as new decorations, giving familiar layouts a different look without changing the core skill of landing a good shot.
Controls
Click and hold to aim, then release to launch the decoration. It works the same way with a finger on a touchscreen, so the game plays just as well on a phone or tablet.
Tips
- Watch the arc preview before you release — small changes in hold time change the launch power more than they change the angle.
- A softer, shorter shot is easier to control near the edge of a cake than a full-power launch.
- If a level feels impossible from one angle, try aiming from the opposite side of the dessert instead of repeating the same shot.
It's a good pick-up-and-play game for short breaks — each level is quick to attempt, and a miss costs you nothing but another try.
