Bomb It is a Bomberman-style arena bomber: you and up to three others (human or AI) run around a grid-based maze dropping bombs that explode in a cross pattern a couple of seconds later, blowing away soft walls and anyone caught in the blast. Whoever is still moving when the dust settles wins the round.
A round rarely lasts more than a minute or two, which is what makes it work as a quick browser game — you can knock out two or three matches on a break. Power-ups drop from broken walls: bigger blast radius, extra bombs you can have live at once, and speed boots, so a match usually swings on who grabs the right upgrade at the right moment rather than who moves fastest.
Controls
Playing alone: arrow keys to move, Space to drop a bomb.
Local two-player on one keyboard: Player 1 moves with WASD and drops bombs with Space; Player 2 moves with the arrow keys and drops bombs with Enter.
Tips
- Never plant a bomb next to a wall you're standing beside unless you already know your escape route — the blast travels in a straight line until it hits something solid.
- Corner an opponent by dropping a bomb on the only tile they can retreat through, rather than chasing them directly.
- Grab blast-radius and extra-bomb power-ups over speed early on; a bigger explosion covers escape routes an opponent thinks are safe.
- Stacking two bombs so their blasts overlap creates a much wider kill zone than either one alone — useful for clearing a crowded corner.
It's a good pick if you want something you can pick up cold with a friend on the same keyboard, not a game that needs a login or a tutorial.
