Tips

• Timing your jump is critical for defense. Wait for your opponent to release the ball before jumping to block, rather than jumping early and giving them an open shot.
• Dunks are high percentage shots. If you have a clear lane to the basket, drive in and press the shoot button near the rim instead of settling for a contested jump shot.
• Don't forget to steal. If your opponent is dribbling too close without protecting the ball, a quick tap of the action button can force a turnover and give you an easy fast break.
