About 10×10

10x10! is a calm, no-timer block puzzle built by CoolGames: a 10-by-10 grid and three randomly shaped pieces to place on it. There's no falling, no countdown, and no rotating — every shape lands exactly as it's shown, so the entire game comes down to reading the board and finding where each piece actually fits.

Filling a full row or column clears it and opens the board back up; letting the grid clog with awkward gaps is what actually ends a run, not speed. It rewards the same kind of patient, one-more-look thinking as a jigsaw puzzle rather than reflexes.

Controls

  • Drag a shape from the tray with the mouse (or your finger on touch) and drop it onto the grid.
  • Place all three current shapes before the next set appears — you can't skip a piece you don't have room for.

Tips

  • Since shapes never rotate, keep at least one open corner or edge reserved for the pieces you can't easily place any way.
  • Clear lines before they're your only option — a board that's mostly full gives you almost no choice in where to put the next shape.
  • Look at all three shapes together before placing any of them; the order you place them in changes what fits afterward.

It's a good fit for anyone who wants a puzzle they can think through at their own pace — a five-minute round or a much longer one, with no clock pushing you.

10×10 FAQ

Can I rotate the shapes in 10x10!?
No. Every shape places exactly as shown in the tray, so planning ahead for awkward pieces matters more than reflexes.
How many shapes do I get at once?
Three at a time. You must place all three before the next set appears, and you can't skip one if it doesn't fit.
How does a round end?
The game ends when none of your current three shapes can fit anywhere on the grid, so keeping open space for larger pieces matters.
Does 10x10! work on mobile?
Yes, it plays with touch drag-and-drop the same way it plays with a mouse on desktop.
