Zen Blocks is a physics-based stacking puzzle. Every level hands you a small set of oddly shaped blocks made of different materials, and your only job is to arrange them into a tower that stands on its own over open water, holding steady for three full seconds without anything sliding, toppling, or splashing in.
There's no clock and no score chasing you along, which is the whole point of the "zen" in the name. You can pick a block back up, nudge it, or start the stack over as many times as you like before you commit. Some levels reward a wide, careful base; others only click once you find one unlikely balance point that holds the whole structure together.
Controls
Hold your mouse button down on a block to grab it, drag it to where you want it, and let go of the button to drop it in place. On a phone or tablet, tap and hold a block, drag with your finger, and lift off to release it.
Tips
- Place your widest or heaviest-looking blocks first to build a stable base before adding anything on top.
- A block doesn't have to look "balanced" to hold — some levels only work if you lean pieces against each at an angle.
- If a tower keeps collapsing the same way, try building outward instead of straight up.
- You aren't locked into your first placement — reposition freely until the whole stack settles for the full three seconds.
It's a good pick for a short, low-pressure break: quick to understand, forgiving to experiment in, and satisfying the moment a wobbly-looking stack finally settles.
