About Tower Merge

Tower Merge blends two familiar loops into one: place towers to hold a line against waves of enemies, then merge matching towers together to turn a handful of weak turrets into a smaller number of far stronger ones. It rewards managing space and upgrade paths more than fast reflexes.

Each round splits into day and night. By day you build on open tiles and merge duplicate towers up the chain — pairing two basic towers creates something like a Watch Tower, and matching those again unlocks stronger types further up the tree. When night falls, whatever you've built has to hold against the incoming wave, so how you spend the daylight decides how the fight goes.

Controls

  • Click an empty tile — build a tower
  • Click and hold a tower, then bring it to a matching tower — merges them into a stronger one
  • Same controls work with tap and hold on phone or tablet

Tips

  • Don't fill every tile in the first day phase — leave room to merge towers together later instead of running out of space.
  • Merging is usually worth more than spreading thin: two upgraded towers can outlast four basic ones.
  • Check which side of the map enemies are pushing hardest before deciding where to merge next.

It suits short sessions well — a few day/night cycles at a time, no account or install needed, just open it in the browser and start placing towers.

No, Tower Merge runs entirely in the browser with nothing to install.
