The Sun for the Vampire 2 is a physics-based puzzle-platformer from EyesTeam, the sequel to their original browser game about a vampire chasing daylight. Each of its 15 levels is a tight little obstacle course: find the key, get past the guards patrolling the halls, and reach the door before anything catches you.
The twist is the bat. Tap the fly control and your vampire flips into bat form to glide over gaps and hazards a normal jump can't clear, but the flight carries real momentum and gravity with it, so a held-down key sends you further than you meant to go. Nailing the timing on these flying stretches is most of the actual challenge; the ground-level platforming and guard encounters are the easier half.
Controls
- A/D or Left/Right arrows — move
- W, Space, or Up arrow — transform into a bat and fly
- P — pause
- M — mute
Tips
- Use short taps for the bat control instead of holding it down — the flight physics build momentum fast, and overcorrecting sends you straight into a wall.
- Guards can be dealt with rather than only dodged, so figure out whether pushing past or taking one down is the safer option before committing to a route.
- Grab coins on your way to the key when it's safe, but don't detour into a guard's path for one — the key and door are what actually clears the level.
It's a good fit for anyone who liked the original and wants tighter, more demanding levels, or for players who enjoy platformers where the flying is meant to feel a little out of control.
