Tag 2 Game

Tag 2 is a fast-paced 2D local multiplayer platformer developed by WeLoPlay that brings a frantic bomb-passing twist to the classic game of tag. Designed for group play on a single screen, the game places you and your friends in vibrant arenas filled with platforms, bounce pads, and portals. The rules are simple: avoid holding the ticking bomb when the timer runs out, or you will be eliminated from the round.

Every match is a high-speed chase where momentum and map awareness are key. The player carrying the bomb must run down and touch any opponent to pass it off. Opponents must utilize the environment—jumping off walls, diving through teleporters, and launching off jump pads—to stay out of reach. With support for multiple local players, it is a perfect game for quick, chaotic party sessions.

Game Modes

• Classic Tag: The standard mode where you must pass the bomb to avoid exploding at the end of the round.
• Zombie Mode: A survival challenge where tagged players turn into zombies, attempting to hunt down and infect the remaining survivors.
• Moon Mode: A low-gravity variant that changes movement physics, allowing for massive jumps and slower falls.

Tips for Success

• Use Portals Wisely: Stepping through a portal teleports you instantly to another part of the map. Use them to escape tight corners or surprise opponents from behind.
• Maintain Bouncy Momentum: Jump pads launch you high into the air. Time your movements to jump right as you land on them for maximum vertical boost.
• Fake Out Your Friends: Change directions quickly mid-air or pause before a portal to bait the chaser into jumping the wrong way.
