Square Stacker Game

Square Stacker is a color-matching placement puzzle: you're given a new colored square and a board full of empty slots, and you decide where it goes. There's no falling, no timer forcing your hand — just you, the next piece, and a board that only gets tighter the longer you last.

Line up three or more squares of the same color in a row, column, or diagonal and they clear, opening space back up. Squares you stack directly on top of a matching color score bonus points before they clear, so the best runs come from building toward a stack instead of clearing the first line you spot. The game ends the moment the board fills with nowhere left to place a piece, so every placement is really a trade-off between scoring now and keeping room to breathe later.

Controls

Click and drag a square from the queue onto any open space on the board (tap and drag on mobile). There's no keyboard involved — placement is the entire game.

Tips

• Don't clear the first match you see. Stacking a second or third square of the same color on top of an existing one before it clears banks combo points you'd otherwise leave on the table.
• Leave yourself an escape lane. A board that's technically full of colors but has no straight line available to complete is how most runs actually end.
• Diagonal matches count too — they're easy to forget when you're scanning rows and columns under pressure.

It's a quick-session game: no levels, no story, just an endless board that rewards patient planning over fast clearing.
