Poppy Glamrock is a merge-battle game that borrows its cast from two very different toy-horror styles: soft, oversized plush monsters in the vein of Poppy Playtime, and metal-plated animatronic redesigns in a glammed-up "Glamrock" style. Instead of running from them, you command them, deploying an army of toy-monster fighters to hold a city against waves of attackers.
The loop is built around merging rather than fighting directly. Deploy a fighter onto the battlefield, and when you have two identical monsters, combine them on the merge platform to create a single stronger unit. Progress comes from working through a long run of stages, each throwing tougher waves at your lineup, so the real decision every round is whether to merge for power now or keep more bodies on the field.
Controls
Everything runs off the pointer — click or tap to deploy a fighter onto the battlefield, then click or tap two matching monsters on the merge platform to combine them into a stronger one. There's no keyboard involved; it plays the same way on a touchscreen as it does with a mouse.
Tips
- Don't merge on reflex. Two weaker fighters holding the line can matter more than banking them into one strong unit too early, especially right as a new wave lands.
- Keep an eye on open slots on the merge platform — letting matched pairs sit unmerged wastes deployment space you'll want for the next fighter.
It's a browser-based session with nothing to install: open the page and you're straight into placing and merging monsters, no story cutscenes to sit through first.
