Hide and Smash Game

Hide and Smash is a fast-paced, asymmetrical multiplayer game developed by Madbox that puts a chaotic, physics-based spin on classic hide-and-seek. In every round, you are randomly assigned to either the Blue Hide Team or the Red Smash Team, setting up a tense game of cat-and-mouse. The gameplay is quick, unpredictable, and packed with satisfying destructions as players scramble to outsmart each .

As a Hider, your goal is to blend seamlessly into the environment by transforming into random props like chairs, barrels, or boxes, all while sneaking around to collect scattered keys. As a Smasher, you roam the map armed with heavy tools, analyzing the scenery for out-of-place objects and smashing anything suspicious to uncover and eliminate the hidden players.

Controls

• Move: Use WASD or the Arrow keys to navigate your character.
• Rotate Camera: Move your mouse to look around the map.
• Smash / Interact: Left-click to swing your weapon as a Smasher or to trigger transformations and pick up items.

If you are playing on a mobile device, use the virtual on-screen joystick on the left side to move, swipe the right side of the screen to steer your camera view, and tap to perform actions.

Strategic Tips

• Observe the scale: When hiding, make sure your object size matches the surrounding context. A massive box sitting in a tight hallway will instantly give you away to experienced Smashers.
• Watch for movement: As a Smasher, do not just swing randomly—it drains your energy. Look for small movements or objects that are slightly out of alignment with the rest of the room's geometry.
• Run when spotted: If a Smasher starts approaching you and looks suspicious, do not hesitate to break cover. Use your agility to run away and find another object to mimic in a different room.
