Controls

• Left Click: Reveal a square. If it's a mine, the game ends.
• Right Click: Place a flag on a square you suspect hides a mine. This prevents accidental left-clicks.
• Middle Click / Double Click: If a numbered square is already touching the correct number of flagged mines, you can click it to instantly reveal all its remaining unflagged adjacent squares.

Tips

• Start in the Corners: Beginning your game in the corners or along the edges often provides the safest opening moves and the best chance of revealing a large open area.
• Trust the Numbers: Every number is an exact count of the mines in the eight squares surrounding it. If a "1" only has one unrevealed square next to it, that square absolutely must be a mine.
• Look for Patterns: Familiarize yourself with common patterns, like the "1-2-1" or "1-2-2-1" along a straight wall of unrevealed blocks, to quickly identify where mines are forced to be without tedious counting.
