Get On Top is a fast-paced, physics-driven wrestling game created by Bennett Foddy. Two players share a single keyboard to control neon stick figures whose hands are permanently locked together in a grapple. The entire match is a literal tug-of-war where momentum and balance are your only weapons. You push, pull, jump, and crouch, trying to force your opponent's head to hit the floor before yours does.
Because the characters are locked together, every movement you make directly affects the player. Lunging forward might give you the upper hand, but a quick opponent can use your own aggressive momentum to flip you over their head. Matches are over in seconds, making it a frantic and competitive local multiplayer game that perfectly captures the tension of a sudden-death duel.
Controls
The game requires two players on the same keyboard:
- Player 1 (Left): Use the WASD keys to push, pull, jump, and crouch.
- Player 2 (Right): Use the Arrow Keys to mirror those movements.
Tips
- Use their momentum: If your opponent constantly lunges forward, wait and pull back at the last second to throw them off balance.
- Stay low: Crouching lowers your center of gravity, making you much harder to topple during a heavy push.
