Flip Bottle Game

Flip Bottle is a one-tap physics game built around a single trick: launch a plastic bottle into the air, spin it, and land it standing upright. It's a browser take on the mobile hit Bottle Flip 3D, which Tastypill released in December 2018 after the real-world bottle-flipping craze took over the internet. Here the flipping happens on furniture instead of a kitchen counter, and it never lets up.

Each level is a single room, and the goal is to hop the bottle across the objects in it — a bookshelf, a coffee table, a stack of chairs, a stereo speaker — landing flat and steady each time. Miss the angle and the bottle topples or shatters, and you're back at the start of that room. The rooms get more cluttered and the gaps get less forgiving the further you go, so a run gradually shifts from "tap and watch it land" to reading exactly how far the next surface is before you commit.

Controls

One input does everything: click (or tap on a touchscreen) to send the bottle up. How long you hold determines how high and far it flies, so a quick tap gives a short hop and a longer press sends it further. While the bottle is airborne, a second tap triggers a mid-air flip, which is what you need to clear the bigger gaps between furniture.

Tips

• Don't stack your two taps back to back — let the bottle reach the top of its arc before triggering the flip, or you'll kill its forward momentum instead of extending it.
• Aim for the middle of a landing surface, not the edge. A bottle that lands upright but too close to the edge will often wobble off anyway.
• Watch a platform for a beat before committing if it looks like it's moving — timing your launch to when it's closest gets you a much safer landing than launching on reflex.

It plays entirely in the browser with nothing to install, which suits it well — Flip Bottle is built for a five-minute break, not a long session, since a single well-timed tap is the whole skill the game is testing.
