About Endacopia

Endacopia is a point-and-click adventure about Mellow, a lost child making his way through a world that doesn't run on rules he — or you — recognize. There's no tutorial explaining what things do; you're meant to poke at the world and see what happens, guided mostly by instinct.

Movement and interaction borrow from old-school PC adventure games: you walk Mellow around a scene, then act on whatever he's near. Instead of a fixed inventory of verbs, you cycle through the available action with the right mouse button or scroll wheel before committing to it with a left click, so a lot of the puzzle-solving comes from trying an action, watching what it does, and adjusting.

Controls

  • WASD — move Mellow
  • Left-click — perform the currently selected action
  • Right-click or mouse wheel — change the selected action

It's a slower, exploration-driven game rather than a reflex one — best suited to players who like quiet, offbeat puzzle-adventures they can sit with for a while rather than something fast-paced.
