Drop The Number Game

Drop the Number is a merge puzzle from Supercent, built around a simple loop: numbered blocks fall onto a grid, and tapping a column drops the next one into it. Land it next to a matching number and the two combine into the next number up — 2 and 2 become 4, 4 and 4 become 8, and so on up the chain.

The board only has so many columns and so much height, so every drop is a small trade-off between clearing space now and setting up a bigger merge later. A run ends the moment a column stacks up to the top, so the game rewards planning a move or two ahead over dropping wherever's open.

Controls

• Tap or click the column where you want the next block to drop.
• There's no input — the whole game is played with a single tap per move.

Tips

• Check what the next block is before you drop — planning one move ahead is usually enough to avoid a bad stack.
• Keep your biggest numbers together on one side of the board so you're not blocking off columns you still need.
• It's better to clear a small merge now than wait for a perfect one — an empty column is worth more than a slightly bigger number.

It suits short, one-handed sessions — quick to pick up, and each board only takes a few minutes to either clear some space or top out.
