About Draw the Road

Draw the Road hands you a car stuck on one side of a gap and nothing but empty space between it and the finish line. Click and drag to sketch a line across the gap, and that line becomes the road the car drives on — get the shape right and it rolls across to the flag, get it wrong and the car falls short.

Each level swaps in a new backdrop — forest, desert, city streets, a factory yard, even a volcano — and the gaps get wider and more awkwardly shaped as you progress. There's no clock running, so the pace is entirely about studying the gap and sketching the cleanest line across it before you commit.

Controls

Mouse or touch: hold the left mouse button (or your finger on mobile) and drag to draw the road, then release to stop. Use the eraser button to wipe out a line you're not happy with, and retry to clear the whole level and start drawing again.

Tips

  • Draw close to the ground rather than looping high above it — a lower line gives the car less distance to fall if the shape is slightly off.
  • If a line isn't working, erase and redraw instead of layering a second line on top of it.
  • Take a second to look at the full gap before you start dragging — a level often has one much easier line through it than the first path you try.

It's a good fit for short breaks: each level is a quick draw-and-drive puzzle, so a few minutes gets you through several finish lines.

Draw the Road FAQ

How do I play Draw the Road?
Hold the mouse button (or your finger on mobile) and drag to draw a road across the gap, then release. If the shape works, the car drives across it to the finish line.
What if I draw a bad line?
Use the eraser button to remove it, or hit retry to clear the whole level and start drawing again.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, the drawing controls work with touch as well as mouse, so it plays the same way on phones and tablets.
Do the levels get harder?
Yes — later levels move through different settings like desert, city, factory and volcano backdrops, and the gaps get wider and trickier to draw across.
