Paper Fighter 3D takes the one-on-one brawler and cuts it out of paper: every fighter is a flat, papercraft-style cutout standing inside a fully 3D ring made of layered card scenery. Matches are short and decisive — best of three rounds, and whoever lands the knockout blow in two of them takes the fight.
There's no story mode or roster to grind through here. It's built for quick, immediate duels, either against the computer or a friend sharing the same keyboard, with rounds fast enough to jump straight back in for a rematch.
Controls
Local two-player, split across one keyboard:
- Player 1: A / D to move, W to jump, S to crouch, F to punch, G to kick, R for your special attack.
- Player 2: Left / Right arrows to move, Up to jump, Down to crouch, K to punch, L to kick, O for your special attack.
Tips
- Landing hits fills your power bar — once it's full, your special attack becomes available. Save it rather than throwing it out early.
- Crouching ducks under high attacks, so mix it in against an opponent who's punching on repeat.
- Since a match only needs two rounds, an early knockout puts real pressure on the next round — don't get greedy chasing damage once you're ahead.
It suits a fast, casual head-to-head session more than a deep fighting-game grind — good for settling an argument over who's better in a couple of minutes.
