Paint Pop 3D reduces an arcade shooter to a single motion: point at a spinning wheel and fire paint. Each level puts three wheels in front of you in sequence, and the job is the same each time — cover every segment in color without your paint stream ever touching one of the black blades circling the wheel. It sounds trivial for the first few stages, and then the blades stop behaving.
That's the whole game. The blades don't hold a steady rotation — they speed up, slow down, reverse direction without warning, and on some levels swing back and forth like a pendulum instead of spinning at all. Thinner blades move noticeably faster than thick ones. Nothing here is random luck once you've watched a wheel's pattern for a second or two, but that half-second of observation before you commit is what separates clearing a level from restarting it.
Controls
Click and hold the left mouse button, or tap and hold on mobile, to fire a continuous stream of paint. Releasing stops it instantly.
Tips
- Fire in short bursts, not one long hold: a held stream keeps painting while a blade sweeps back into your line of fire. Single, deliberate shots let you react between them.
- Watch a full rotation before you shoot: blades that look clockwise-only on later levels often reverse or pause partway through — commit to a pattern only after you've actually seen it repeat.
- Treat a near miss as useful, not just lucky: grazing an obstacle without touching it builds toward a boost gauge that can bail you out of a tight wheel.
It's a browser game that plays instantly with no install — just click and start painting.
